of actual humans in Texas.
UtilityOn isn't a call centre and it isn't a self-serve portal you're left to figure out. Our entire business is dedicated to utility connections — now doing the work for you.
Why UtilityOn exists
Built by a team that's done this before.
Before UtilityOn, several of our co-founders ran a similar utility-connection service in Australia, which at its peak was handling 100,000+ sites per year for home builders before we sold the business. When we looked at the Texas market, we saw the same core problem: utilities are balkanized, the process is different in every service area, and builders end up on the phone instead of on the site.
So we launched UtilityOn, built specifically for Texas. One process for every utility. One dashboard. One team chasing it all down — so your construction manager isn't the one chasing.
We're based in Houston with a mostly-remote team across Texas and a couple of engineers abroad. We show up at GHBA, DBA, TAB and Sunbelt events through the year.

COO
10+ years in energy marketing & operations, with a long run leading teams at Reliant Energy. Runs the day-to-day of UtilityOn's Houston ops.

Energy startups, consulting, geospatial data, B2B platforms. 12-year history with Ben — this is the third company they've built together.
